I Booked a Hotel on Booking.com but There Was No Room for Us
We rented a hotel room through Booking.com, but when we arrived at the hotel, they told us there were no rooms available. We called Booking.com, but they refused to give us a refund. It was 3 a.m., and we were left waiting with four children and nowhere to stay. Despite showing our confirmation and payment proof, no one took responsibility. I want a full refund, or I will take legal action against Booking. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others not to book hotels through Booking.
