Horrible Stay at Damjan Apartments

We stayed at Damjan Apartments with confirmation number 6400231075. First of all, I specifically asked for a quiet place. The address listed was Šurida, slightly outside, but in reality it was Fažanska cesta 94. There was no peace at all, it was on the main road, so busy that you couldn’t even cross the street. When we arrived, there was a terrible stench, like old rags and garbage. The stairs were extremely steep, narrow, and winding, making it almost impossible to carry luggage. When we reached unit number 5 and entered, it smelled of stale air and sewage. The room was in the attic, and my husband hit his head several times until he was bleeding, so he had to crawl to go to the toilet. The room had no refrigerator and not even a single glass—nothing. The space was suffocating and disgusting, with only one dirty skylight window. There were spiders and cobwebs in the corners. The bathroom seemed tidy at first sight, but when you opened the shower tray, it was filthy, with brown grooves—completely unhygienic and dangerous, a breeding ground for bacteria. We urgently demand a refund, as we believe that as a large company you are responsible for this situation. How could you possibly assign any categorization to such a property? Photos are attached.
