WePlay Player Repeatedly Asking for Personal Address Information

I am a WePlay player and I would like to report the player named “İso F***a” with the in‑game number 56257***. For the last two days, this person has been constantly asking me for my address and the city I live in and is trying to pressure me to share this information. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe because of these messages. I have already used the in‑game report feature, but the situation has not been resolved and the player is still able to contact me. I request that this account be urgently investigated and, if necessary, permanently banned from the game, as it is extremely dangerous for such a person to continue communicating with children on the platform. I expect this situation to be taken seriously and handled as soon as possible for the safety of all young players.
