My Withdrawal Not Credited

I am writing regarding my Parimatch account (User ID: 742162***) and two withdrawal requests that are still not credited to me. I placed one withdrawal via bank transfer on 5 June and another via UPI on 6 June, for amounts of 2,899 and 2,290 respectively, but neither of these has been received in my account. I contacted Parimatch customer support and a ticket was created under the number 107185557. However, this ticket was marked as resolved without any explanation or resolution, and my withdrawal amounts are still pending. I request that the total withdrawal amount of 2,899 + 2,290 be immediately credited to me, or that the pending withdrawals be processed without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why these withdrawals were delayed and how such an issue will be avoided in the future.
