Locked Out Of TikTok Account

I have been unable to log in to my TikTok account for about a month after breaking my phone. I no longer have access to the email address or phone number linked to the account and I also do not remember the password, so I am completely locked out. When I try to recover the account, it will not even allow me to use the “verify with 2 friends” option. I have contacted TikTok support and explained the situation, but I was told that they could not help me, without any alternative solution being offered. I have been using this account for about 2–3 years and it contains many personal memories and videos that are very important to me and that I do not want to lose. I am requesting that my account be recovered through manual identity verification. I am willing to provide a clear photo of my government ID and any other information needed to prove that I am the rightful owner. I also have another TikTok account currently logged in that you can review, along with matching personal details, to confirm my identity. I kindly ask you to review my case again and help me regain access to my original account so that I do not lose these memories permanently.
