Economy Booking Miscommunication on Cross-Border Fees Issue

When I was renting a car, I repeatedly emailed Economy Booking for a price quote on cross-border travel. They finally quoted me €25. However, Europcar charged me €117. Despite showing the email, Europcar refused to honor the quoted price. I recommend booking directly through the rental companies' websites. Last year, I also rented through Economy Booking, and the company never showed up to pick us up. We initially blamed the rental company, but it turned out Economy Booking had not informed them.
