Car Rental Booking Issue, Paid But No Car Was Delivered
I booked a car through Booking.com for the period of July 18-21, 2024. My reservation number is 750187701, and my email address is t********@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, the car was never delivered. Despite calling three times, each time I was told that the car would arrive in 10 minutes, but it never did. On the fourth call, I was informed that the reservation had been canceled. We had already paid for the car in advance, and we were left without the vehicle we needed. This not only wasted our time but also caused significant inconvenience, as we had planned our activities around having that car. I am very dissatisfied with the service and demand a full refund. This situation has been frustrating, and I expect prompt resolution and compensation for the inconvenience caused.
