I booked a car for a duration of 3 days through Booking for the period of July 18-21. Here are my reservation details: reservation number 750187701 and email address t********@hotmail.com. Our car was not delivered. We made three phone calls, and on each occasion, we were assured that they would be arriving within 10 minutes. However, they failed to fulfill their promise and never appeared. After four calls, they finally informed us that the reservation had been canceled. We had already made the payment, and we found ourselves in a difficult situation. We had a frustrating experience as the car we had paid for never showed up, resulting in a complete waste of our time. I would like to register a complaint and request a refund.
