Booking.com Closed My Account Without Warning – Lost Access to 200 Reservations

In mid-September 2025, my Booking.com account was closed without any prior warning or explanation. I have been a loyal Booking.com user for many years, with nearly 200 past reservations saved under my profile. Suddenly, I can no longer access my account, my booking history, or any of my previous travel records.
I contacted Booking.com customer service multiple times, calling their hotline and submitting written requests both in English and Turkish. Unfortunately, I only received generic, automated replies or irrelevant rejection messages that did not address my issue. It has been impossible to reach a real representative who can explain what happened to my account.
My account was registered under the email address b******@gmail.com**.
I am formally requesting the reactivation of my Booking.com account, a clear official explanation for why it was closed, and the restoration of all my past reservation records — including location, property, and date details. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and loss of important personal data that I trusted Booking.com to keep safe.
