Unauthorized Booking on My Email Address Without My Consent

Someone used my email address to make a reservation on Booking.com. I have never registered on Booking.com or used my email address for any account with them before. How is it possible for a reservation to be made using my email?

To understand the situation, I registered for the first time and created a password. Upon logging in, I found an active reservation already confirmed under a name I don’t recognize. This booking was not made by me or authorized in any way.

I demand Booking.com contact me immediately to investigate this matter and resolve the issue. Unauthorized access to my email and account raises serious concerns about security. Please address this urgently.
