Booking.com Reservation in Batumi Left Me with a Cold, Unresponsive, and Faulty Room

I booked a stay in Batumi, Georgia, through Booking.com (reservation number 4550652305), and the experience was extremely disappointing. While the initial welcome seemed fine, issues started as soon as we settled in. The room became uncomfortably cold, and when we tried to turn on the air conditioning, we found it was broken. The television was also not functioning, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I contacted the property through WhatsApp, and although they read my messages, they chose not to respond. I feel entirely let down and ignored. This property does not live up to the Booking.com standard, and I request that appropriate action be taken against them. Booking.com should ensure better quality control to protect its customers.
