Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max Lacks AR Glasses Support and Meta AI Crashes

I purchased a Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max from MediaMarkt in Türkiye on 30.09.2026. Before buying, I chose this device with the expectation that it would support AR glasses and that I would be able to use Meta AI features. After the purchase, I found out that the phone does not support AR glasses at all. In addition, Meta AI does not work properly and constantly crashes. I contacted both MediaMarkt and Huawei support regarding these issues. MediaMarkt only realized that AR glasses are not supported when they tried it themselves. For the Meta AI problem, I was told that there is nothing they can do, and I did not receive any solution-oriented support. Because of these issues, I am unable to use the device with the features I expected when buying it, and I feel victimized. I request that my device be replaced with a model that fully supports AR glasses and Meta AI or that my money be refunded, and that a clear and permanent solution be provided as soon as possible.
