Booking.com Schedule Change Support Delayed by Chat System

I booked a flight through Booking.com from New York to Warsaw, scheduled for 20 June. There was a schedule change on this flight, and I needed urgent assistance from a human agent to understand my options and decide what to do. I contacted Booking.com via the chat, but the process was extremely frustrating. For a long time I could not reach a real person, and the support system kept me in chat without giving me direct access to a human agent. Only very late in the process did the agent provide a number for speaking with a human, which caused unnecessary delay and stress while I was trying to deal with the schedule change. Because of this experience, I feel that Booking.com’s support made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I request that Booking.com provide me with direct access to a human representative to review my New York–Warsaw booking and clearly explain my options regarding the schedule change, and that they improve their customer service so that reaching a real person in similar cases is fast and straightforward.
