Booking.com Refund Delay After Reservation Cancelation
I made a reservation on Booking.com that came with the option to cancel for free. The payment was taken out of my card. After a few days, I decided to cancel my order, but I still haven't received my refund. It's been nearly a month since I canceled on April 19th. I sent all the required documents to Booking.com, but I haven't received any response from them. The payment due date for my card is coming up, and because the amount is quite high, I won't be able to make any purchases until I receive the refund. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll have no choice but to take this matter to the authorities!
