Booking.com Refund Delayed for 2 Months Despite Free Cancellation
I made a free cancellation on Booking.com, yet after 2 months, I still haven’t received my refund. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel has provided any explanation or resolution regarding this issue.
Initially, Booking.com stated that the refund would be processed within 15 business days, while the hotel claimed it would take 30 business days. However, 2 months have passed, and I am still waiting for my money.
I have contacted both Booking.com and the hotel multiple times, but I have received no response. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action. Booking.com, process my refund now! I should not have to chase after my own money!
