Booking.com Confirmed My Villa Reservation but I Can't Access the Website

The procedure for reserving a villa has been really difficult for me as of late. I got a confirmation message even though my registration was incomplete. But the website doesn't let me see the details of the reservation. What a hassle this whole thing has been. I still don't know anything about my booking, and I've tried logging in many times with no success. This is the polar opposite of what one would expect from a service that claims to simplify things. I would very appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly, as I require assurance that my reservation is legitimate and that I can access all the details without any more complications.
