Booking.com Payment Refund Delay at Home Wood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre
On November 17, 2023, I tried to book a room at Home Wood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. I noticed that my credit card was charged ₺3,952.91 for the reservation. Unfortunately, about a month later, I had to cancel the reservation due to unexpected circumstances. I have noticed that despite the hotel's official policy of providing refunds for cancellations, I have yet to see any progress in receiving my refund. Even though the hotel promised me a prompt refund, it has been 4.5 months and I am still waiting for the payment to be processed. Despite numerous efforts to reach out via email, there has been no reply. Based on what I've observed, it seems like the hotel is dragging its feet and running with an ineffective team. I kindly request prompt payment of my refund.
