Booking.com Not Updating Reservation After Date Change Approval

I made a reservation via Booking.com at Laguna La Crete 169 Uvongo on the South Coast in KwaZulu-Natal under the name Nastasha Balbatur for the dates 5 January to 8 January. At least 24 hours before the original check‑in, I changed my reservation dates to 20 March to 23 March. I contacted the property directly, and they confirmed and agreed to change my dates to 20–23 March. Despite this, Booking.com has not updated my reservation to the new dates and has neither processed a payment arrangement for the new dates nor refunded my original booking payment. As a result, my booking is left in an unclear status, even though the property has agreed to the date change. I request that Booking.com urgently correct my reservation to reflect the new dates of 20–23 March, or, if this is not possible, that my payment for the original booking be refunded without any penalty, as I requested the change in time and the property agreed to it.
