On September 9, I booked Apartments Krug Budva in Montenegro through Booking.com for September 13–15, paying ₺8,723 with my credit card. However, the hotel changed my reservation dates without my knowledge or approval. I made it clear that I did not accept this change, and I was told that I would receive a full refund. Yet, 11 days have passed and no refund has been issued, nor have I received any update.
When I contacted Booking.com customer service, they said they would reach out to the hotel and were waiting for a response. The hotel, on the other hand, told me they were waiting for Booking.com’s reply. Despite repeated attempts to follow up with both sides, my issue remains unresolved and my frustration continues. My reservation number is 6987368441.
Although the reservation terms stated that there was no free cancellation, since the cancellation and date change happened without my request, I believe I should not be held responsible. I ask that my issue be resolved and that the ₺8,723 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
