Booking.com Has Not Refunded My €445 After Hotel Cancellation

On July 29, I booked a stay at Patiras Deluxe B&B Hotel in Thassos Island through Booking.com (reservation confirmation no: 5989.377.578, name: Erdal P****). Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. At the time of booking, it was clearly stated that in case of cancellation, 50% of the payment would be refunded. Since I paid a total of €890, I am entitled to a refund of €445 back to my credit card.
The cancellation was confirmed on July 29, and I received an email from Booking.com promising that the refund would be processed within 10–13 days. However, more than a month has now passed, and no refund has been issued.
The biggest problem is the complete lack of communication. Reaching Booking.com is nearly impossible. I sent multiple messages through both the app and website, but I never received a single response. The so-called customer service channels do not work, and no representative has addressed my issue.
I demand that my rightful €445 refund be processed immediately. In addition, as a global company, Booking.com must urgently improve its customer service systems so that customers are not left ignored and helpless.
