Booking.com Free Airport Transfer Not Honored at Sutus Court 3
I made a reservation through Booking.com for Sutus Court 3 for the date of June 5, 2026. During the booking process, it was clearly stated that I would receive a free taxi transfer from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to the hotel. However, the hotel is now insisting that I pay 1,500 baht for this transfer. On top of this, the arrival date and even the airport information in the booking were incorrect, which has caused additional confusion and inconvenience. I have already paid for this reservation through Booking.com, but there is no clear or functional way for me to reach Booking.com customer service about this issue. I feel misled because I booked this property based on the promise of a free transfer, and now I am being asked to pay extra despite what was shown in the reservation details. I request that Booking.com ensure I receive the free taxi transfer from BKK to Sutus Court 3 as originally stated in my booking and that they provide a room upgrade at Sutus Court 3 at Booking.com’s expense as compensation for the incorrect information and the stress caused by this situation.
