I made a reservation through Booking.com to stay at Triple a @ Trendy Psiri – Art & Nightlife in Athens between October 23–25. However, even though I only made one reservation, my credit card was charged twice. Each charge was 159.80 euros, and both transactions were made on October 23.
I contacted Booking customer service about the issue, but my problem has still not been resolved. I request that the extra payment be refunded to me as soon as possible.
