In December 2023, I booked a stay at Labranda Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes through Booking.com, with reservation number 4182.297.411 and PIN code 3102. The hotel charge was processed on my card on January 5, 2024. However, upon check-in on July 22, we were asked to pay again, with the assurance that Booking.com would refund our initial payment. The receptionist took our phone, cancelled our original reservation, made a new one, and charged us a second time. They claimed they had spoken with Booking.com, who would handle the refund. Booking.com requested proof of our payments, which we sent via email. It's been 19 days, and we still haven't received our refund. I can't reach anyone through the app for assistance. This is a terrible service, and I can't find anyone to address this issue.
