Booking.com Complaint Regarding BB Hotel On International Drive

I stayed at the B&B Hotel on International Drive in Orlando from 03/06/2026 to 03/08/2026 under the name Jennifer C***, in rooms 2412 and 2414, reservation number 6774433456. During my stay in room 2412, I experienced multiple serious issues that made the room uncomfortable and inconvenient. There was no electricity on an entire wall, the entrance and exit door kept jamming, and the glass door to the shower did not close properly, causing water to flood the restroom floor every time the shower was used. In addition, the television volume kept increasing and decreasing on its own without any initiation from me. There was also no usable landline in the room because the phone was not programmed, so I could not reach the front desk directly from the room. Because of these problems, I reported the situation, and the supervisor informed me during my stay that I would receive a full refund. This assurance was repeated again at checkout. However, despite this clear promise, no refund has been processed to me to date. I request that the full refund that was promised for my stay from 03/06/2026 to 03/08/2026 be issued without any further delay and that I be informed in writing when the refund has been completed.
