Booking.com Charged Me Twice and Won’t Refund
I booked two rooms at Kos Fantasia Hotel through Booking.com with a pay-at-the-hotel option for a stay from 21.09.2024 to 22.09.2024 (reservation numbers: 4601195599 and 4862146488). Upon arrival on 21.09.2024, I paid €211.80 in cash for both rooms. However, after returning to Turkey and reviewing my credit card statement, I found that the hotel had also charged me ₺8,343.44. Despite multiple attempts to contact Booking.com, I have yet to receive a proper response, and I’m unable to reach the hotel, as they are not answering calls. I trusted Booking.com to handle the reservation, but I have been charged twice, and no solution has been provided. If the refund is not processed to my credit card soon, I will pursue legal action.
