When I tried to book a room on booking.com, I was told that my reservation had failed. So, I had to go through the booking process three times, only to find out later that I was charged three times for the same room. Even though I've been calling and emailing Booking.com for a few days, I still haven't gotten a good answer. They asked me over and over again for information I had already given them. They also asked for an official document with the first six numbers of my credit card, which I couldn't give them because of the way they asked for the information. Since February 7, I've told different representatives over and over again about the same problem, but I still don't have a solution. I don't like how Booking.com charged me three times for a single room and won't give me my money back. I need my cash back.
