As a Genius member on Booking.com, I'm no stranger to making reservations. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. I made a reservation at Belstay Roma Aurelia in Rome, Italy, through Booking.com and completed the payment of $366. To my surprise, no confirmation number or PIN code appeared after the transaction.
The payment was successfully deducted from my card, but I was shocked to discover that this was apparently a "partner offer." It seems I've been misled by a collaboration between Booking.com and Belstay Roma Aurelia in Italy. Despite paying the full amount, I'm unable to access the service because the reservation isn't showing up in the system.
