Booking.com Charged Early Despite “Pay at Arrival” Option
For our Booking.com reservation (ID: 4404802722), we specifically selected the “pay at arrival” option. However, the payment was charged in advance. Despite submitting the required documents, including the bank statement, Booking.com repeatedly asks for the same paperwork, restarting the process each time.
This constant back-and-forth is frustrating and unprofessional. I have provided all necessary evidence to confirm the issue, yet no progress has been made to resolve it.
I demand an immediate refund for the early payment and a proper review of the case to prevent further delays. Booking.com must ensure that customers’ payment preferences are respected and that issues like this are addressed promptly and efficiently.
