Booking.com Cancellation Request Due To War

I made a flexible reservation through Booking.com at Prime Istanbul Residence in Istanbul under the name Lana R***, confirmation number 5939671381, using the email address mufeedr***@yahoo.ca and phone number +973 39425***. The reservation was for check‑in on March 20 and check‑out on March 24. Due to the current war situation in the Middle East and the closure of airports, it is impossible for me to travel for these dates. This situation is completely beyond my control, and I cannot physically reach Istanbul to use the reservation. Because my booking was shown as flexible and these are exceptional circumstances, I kindly request that my reservation be cancelled free of charge and that no penalty or fee be applied. I would like this to be treated as a force majeure case and my booking to be fully cancelled without any cost to me.
