Whiteout Survival In-Game Support Rejects Refund Claim for Account ID 135648202

I feel that Whiteout Survival, a game I have been playing for a long time, has turned into a complete money trap. Over the course of about 3 years, I spent around $5,556 – $8,333 in total through Google Play and the Apple Store, yet the gaming experience has only gotten worse with each passing day.

It has become practically impossible to win rewards in any of the game's events. The Traveling Theater event follows the exact same script every single time without any variation, making it impossible to advance to Level 2 or beyond. In the Fortune Teller Mia event, the main reward always appears at the very end, never changing. What started out as a strategy war game has gradually turned into a children's game, focusing on everything except actual warfare.

Not only am I getting no return on my in-game investments, but the event mechanics have devolved into an unfair system designed solely to force players into spending money. When I contacted in-game customer support regarding all these issues, they simply claimed there were no glitches or problems and stated that no refunds would be issued. I demand a full refund of all the money I have spent on this game. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am considering initiating legal action. It is completely unacceptable for a game in which players have spent such large sums of money to continuously deteriorate and victimize its user base.
