Gameloft Fails to Issue Gold League Card Packs in Asphalt 9

I am filing a complaint regarding a reward issue I experienced in the Ranked mode of Gameloft's Asphalt 9 on Android. The card packs I earned in the Gold 2 and Gold 1 leagues were not credited to my account, despite winning them two days ago and again today.

Right when I won the rewards, an in-game ad popped up. When I tapped the skip button, it redirected me to the Google Play Store. After closing the ad and returning to the game, I realized I never received the rewards I had rightfully earned. I believe this issue stems from the game failing to properly register the reward during the ad transition and the Google Play Store redirection. Unfortunately, I do not have a video recording of this, as I avoid screen recording to prevent the game from lagging.

I invested a lot of time and effort into Ranked matches, trusting the game's reward system. Failing to receive these card packs after winning has not only slowed down my progression but also severely lowered my motivation. When I searched the Gameloft support section for information regarding Ranked rewards, I couldn't find any clear answers, and I have not yet contacted customer service directly.

I request that Gameloft fully credit my Asphalt 9 account with the missing Gold 2 and Gold 1 Ranked league card packs, taking into account the glitch caused by the ad and the Google Play Store redirection. I also ask them to review my account and implement measures to prevent this issue from happening again.
