Booking.com Apartment Not as Described – Request Full Refund

I booked an apartment through Booking.com for myself and my children, but the property and the service we received were completely unacceptable and did not match what was shown online. I checked into the apartment late at night on 18 August and discovered that there was no light, including in the kitchen, and the boiler was not working, so we did not have hot water. The apartment also needed to be cleaned, and we had to stay outside waiting for it to be cleaned instead of being able to rest with the children. The housekeeper did not come until around 18:45, which made everything even more stressful for us. I contacted the property owner and explained the situation by phone and messages. The address and conditions were not as shown online, and the owner even claimed that he thought the people who stayed there before us had extended their stay. I reported several times that the lights and the boiler were not working, and although they sent messages with supposed solutions, the boiler still did not work and we continued to be without hot water. Despite all my attempts to get a solution for the light, the boiler and the cleaning, there was still no proper solution, so I moved out of the apartment on the night of 19 August with my kids. I also contacted Booking.com and shared that the apartment was not as described, that there was no light and no hot water, and that we had to leave the property with the children under stress. I requested a full refund because we could not use the apartment properly and had to arrange alternative transportation and accommodation at extra cost, but my refund has still not been processed. Because the apartment was not as advertised, the basic facilities such as light and hot water did not work despite my repeated complaints, and I had to move out with my children after a very stressful experience, I am requesting a full refund of this reservation from Booking.com as soon as possible.
