Booking Account Access Blocked Due to Security Reasons
I have been locked out of my Booking account without any explanation. I’ve made only two reservations through the platform, both of which were completed without any issues. However, when I tried to log in recently, I received a message stating that my access was restricted due to "security reasons."
I find this situation incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I’ve had no prior issues with my account or reservations. I demand that Booking.com reopen my account immediately and provide a clear explanation for why it was blocked in the first place. A trusted platform should ensure transparent communication with its users, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
