Azerbaijan Airlines Ticket Not Issued After Booking.com Payment

I booked an Azerbaijan Airlines ticket from Prague (PRG) to Delhi (DEL) through Skyscanner, which directed me to the Booking.com website. On 11 March I completed the payment of 311 euros by credit card, and the amount was successfully deducted. I also received a payment reference number: 607016531857, and on the screen I saw that the booking was shown as confirmed after the payment was taken. Despite this, I have not received any ticket or confirmation email for my flight scheduled for 14 March, so at the moment I have paid but I still do not have my ticket details in hand. This situation is causing serious uncertainty and stress as my travel date is very close and I cannot make further travel plans without a valid ticket. I request that my booking be located using the payment reference and that my ticket for the Prague–Delhi flight on 14 March be issued and sent to my email address as soon as possible. If for any reason the ticket cannot be issued, I demand a full and immediate refund of the 311 euros charged to my credit card.
