BNP Paribas Cardif's Unfair Treatment After Workplace Injury

I took out a loan from BNP Paribas Cardif (TEB) bank, and they provided me with accident insurance. Unfortunately, I broke my leg at work. However, BNP Paribas Cardif Insurance refused to compensate me, citing my status as an SSK (Social Security Institution) member. They conveniently failed to mention this requirement when granting the loan. I feel like a victim of injustice. Despite being aware that I am an SSK member working in the private sector when approving the loan, they now expect me to be out of work for at least 3 months due to my fractured leg. It's a clear case of unfair treatment. I am demanding support payments within the insurance coverage to help me cover my expenses during this period. The disregard for my well-being and the lack of transparency by BNP Paribas Cardif is deeply disappointing.
