Following the passing of my father, I am writing to express my frustration regarding the delay in processing his life insurance claim with TEB Bank and their partner institution, BNP Paribas Cardif Bank. We informed both banks of the claim over a month ago, but they have taken no action and claim to have responded negatively to the bank regarding the collateral. According to TEB Bank, BNP Paribas Cardif has not responded and the file is still in the approval process, resulting in constant delays and false information. Although I have been waiting approximately 20 days for a response, TEB Bank continues to ask me to wait longer. I would like to know if there is a deadline for this process, as BNP Paribas Cardif has not responded or officially informed us of anything, and the delays are causing my family undue hardship.
