I Cannot Use My TEB Credit Card Despite Having No Debt

As a salary customer of TEB Bank, I can confidently say this bank has only caused me regret. Despite having no outstanding debt, a block was placed on both my overdraft account and my credit card. I have always made my payments on time and expected a more reasonable approach. I went to the bank, and while the block on my overdraft account was removed, the block on my credit card still hasn’t been lifted. The staff couldn’t give me a clear explanation as to why it remains blocked. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I am requesting that the block on my credit card be removed immediately.
