Allianz Unemployment Insurance Denied After Employer Falsely Claims Voluntary Departure
Regarding my personal loan with unemployment insurance coverage from Yapikredi Bank, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment. Sadly, I fell victim to the unethical actions of my former employer, who lied and claimed I resigned on my own accord to avoid legal repercussions associated with the presidential decree. Since I can't find work at the moment, I've fallen behind on my loan payments. I'd like to apply for and collect on Allianz's voluntary unemployment insurance. I believe that Yapikredi Bank is rejecting my claim because my employer has provided misleading information. I'm writing to ask Yapikredi Bank to look into my loan application and keep their word about paying my unemployment insurance premiums. It is not fair that I should have to pay for the unethical actions of my former employer.
