TEB Bank Credit Card Scam

As a TEB Bank salary customer, I provided the necessary documents about a month ago to become a salary customer. The bank representative filled out the required paperwork and indicated that a credit card would be sent to me. However, I was assured that there would be no charges for this card and that it could be destroyed if unused. I haven't made any transactions with the card and I'm not currently using it. Despite this, I discovered that a ₺400 debt was attributed to my card, and the bank attempted to collect this debt from me. I strongly disagree with this and refuse to accept it. It's deceptive to issue a credit card without my consent and then attempt to enforce a debt before I've even activated the card. I will file a complaint against the bank representative who issued the card and present the camera recordings from the place where the documents were filled out in court. I demand the immediate refund of the unjustly charged ₺400. Additionally, I request the cancellation of my credit card due to being victimized in this manner. I want to express my deep regret for the disappointment caused by TEB Bank.
