BMW Has Not Repaired My 2024 Car or Given a Replacement
In December 2024, I purchased a brand-new BMW (license plate 06 EVN 8**). Following a minor accident that caused damage to the rear axle section, I delivered the car to AU Otomotiv BMW Authorized Service – Aydoğanlar Ulus Otomotiv on April 4 through my insurance coverage. Since the day I handed over the vehicle, it has neither been repaired nor returned. No replacement vehicle has been provided to ease my situation. I urgently request the delivery of my car, and if the repair process will take longer, I demand a replacement vehicle. We are talking about a premium brand like BMW here—yet even much more basic automotive brands support their customers better. The lack of a replacement vehicle is the sole reason for my growing dissatisfaction with the brand. I won’t purchase or recommend BMW again. The brand is failing to deliver on its after-sales service promises.

They gave a 10,000 maintenance gift to resolve the grievance; it was a long and unnecessary process, but at least they did something, which is better than nothing.
