BMW i4 That Is Paid for Not Delivered, Promise Broken by the Dealer
Hello, on 30/11/2023, I paid for and purchased a BMW i4 from the Borsusan dealer in Mersin Yenice. Our invoice was issued on 30/11/2023, with a promise that the car would arrive within a week at the latest. However, 13 days have passed, and the car is still nowhere to be found. The dealer claims the car is in Istanbul, there's a delay due to transportation, the car hasn't been loaded because it's not charged, and the list goes on. Last year, I bought a 218i M Sport car from the same dealer, and there was no such mess. We demand the immediate delivery of the car. The Kosifler dealership in Antalya assured us they could deliver the same car in 5 days, but unfortunately, we chose to buy it from you. (This is, of course, our last purchase from you.) It seems like you either sold our car to someone else, there's an issue with the car, or it's a deliberate and arbitrary delay. I want to make it clear that I'm reserving my right to take legal action. have a good one.
