On March 8, 2023, Blizzard Entertainment made six unauthorized charges totaling 840₺ from my Ziraat Bank account. I did not approve these charges and I am still trying to comprehend how they occurred.
I reached out to Blizzard Entertainment customer support, but unfortunately, they have been unable to offer any explanation or resolution. I kindly request that Blizzard Entertainment promptly refund the 840₺ to my account. If they refuse to cooperate, I will have no choice but to pursue legal measures.
I am also worried about the safety of my Ziraat Bank account. I have activated two-factor authentication and I received a text message for only one of the six charges. I am thinking about closing my account to stop any more unauthorized charges.
