Blizzard charged me but didn’t deliver my purchase, how can I get a refund?

If Blizzard charged you but didn’t deliver your purchase, first check your Transaction History on Battle.net to see if the order shows as Completed, Delivered, or Refunded (sometimes payments are still pending or blocked by your bank).

To request a refund, log in to your Battle.net account, go to the Support site → Payments → Refunds, and select the order you want refunded; Blizzard will automatically assess eligibility.

Blizzard’s refund policy generally allows refunds within 14 days for unused games or items you haven’t opened or used, with the money returned to your original payment method once approved.

If that doesn’t work or the charge is unauthorized, share your concerns or file a complaint on Xolvie to connect with others and find support.
