On February 14 at 2:00 AM, ₺900 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account via Airbnb, even though I did not authorize this transaction. Then, just an hour ago, another ₺3,000 withdrawal attempt was made from my account, forcing me to close my bank account for security reasons.
I have never approved these transactions, and Airbnb must investigate how my payment information was used without my consent. I have already contacted my bank, but Airbnb needs to take responsibility and issue a full refund.
This is a serious security breach, and I demand an immediate resolution. Has anyone else experienced unauthorized transactions like this? Airbnb’s support team must take action quickly to prevent further unauthorized charges.
