Unauthorized Withdrawal of Crypto Funds on Bitexen Platform
I discovered that on 01.01.2025, a withdrawal was made from my Bitexen account under the name of “operation processing” without my consent. I never authorized or initiated this transaction. Why is Bitexen taking funds from users without notice or justification? Where does the company derive the right to handle users’ funds in such a manner?
It feels like Bitexen is intentionally targeting users through questionable practices, misusing trust for commercial gain. I demand an immediate reversal of this unauthorized transaction and a proper explanation. Additionally, I urge Bitexen to prioritize user trust and accountability over unnecessary sponsorships or promotions. This matter needs urgent resolution to restore confidence in your platform.
