I Face Complete Loss of All Crypto Assets in My Bitexen Account Without Consent

I have been saving various tokens and cryptocurrencies in my Bitexen account for years, checking my balance every three to four months. Today, when I logged in, I was shocked to see that my entire account had been reset and all of my funds had been withdrawn without my permission. This was not the result of any transaction I initiated, and there were no notifications or security alerts about these withdrawals.

In 2025, a platform of this size should not be able to simply take users’ funds without consent or accountability. I have already filed a complaint with CİMER and informed my lawyer about the incident. I am certain that Bitexen removed my funds, and I want all users to be aware of the risk. We work hard to earn our money, and no platform should be allowed to strip us of our assets in this way.

I demand that Bitexen immediately restore my entire balance, provide a transparent explanation of how and why these withdrawals occurred, and take measures to ensure that no user suffers this kind of loss again.
