I Face Unauthorized Balance Reset on Bitexen Account, Request Refund

I had an account on Bitexen with a balance of approximately ₺900. Although I hadn’t used the platform for some time, I recently logged in to check my account and was shocked to find that my entire balance had been wiped out without my permission. I did not authorize any transactions, yet my account was completely emptied.

This is a serious breach of trust and financial security. I did not receive any prior warning, notification, or verification request regarding the removal of my funds. I am highly disappointed that a platform handling financial transactions could allow such unauthorized activity to occur.

I urgently request the full reimbursement of my ₺900 balance and a clear explanation of how this unauthorized transaction was allowed to happen. Please restore my funds and ensure that my account is secured to prevent further unauthorized actions. I expect Bitexen to take immediate action and provide a transparent resolution to this serious problem.
