Bitexen Deducted All My Savings as an Account Management Fee Without Explanation

Today, I logged into my Bitexen account and saw that almost all of my savings had disappeared. On 02/01/2025, an amount was deducted under the name "Account Operation/Management Fee." Transaction fees are already taken for buying and selling. Fine, let a management fee be charged, but how can the entirety of my principal amount be deducted as an account management fee? I cannot understand this. Since joining, I haven’t even made a withdrawal from the system. I expected transparency and fairness from Bitexen, but this incident has shattered my trust in the platform. This kind of deduction feels unjust and unethical. All the money I worked hard to save has been seized. I demand a refund of the deducted amount.
