Delayed Sity Token Transfer from MEXC to Bitexen – Still Not Credited After 19 Hours

So, on August 20, 2024, at 4:24 PM, I decided to transfer some Sity tokens from the MEXC exchange to Bitexen. I received a notification from Bitexen saying that the tokens would be credited to my account about 3-4 minutes after they left MEXC. But even after waiting for 19 hours and making several calls to customer service, my account still hasn't been credited with the tokens. Seems like they're intentionally withholding approval for the transfer, even though they totally have the power to manually approve it on the exchange.
