On November 3, 2025, at 7:07 PM, I initiated a hot coin transfer to the Binance exchange via the Bitexen Global website using the ERC20 network. I placed multiple transfer orders, each for approximately 500,000 hot coins, and more than 24 hours have passed since the transfer, and they are still showing as "processing." None of the transfers have been completed, and no transaction ID (txid) is displayed. I contacted Bitexen Global customer service regarding the matter, but I have not received a response. I have not yet contacted Binance. I demand that my transfers be completed as soon as possible and that my grievance be resolved.
